What is the benefit of a pool enclosure?Pool enclosures have three main benefits to homeowners. Pool enclosures keep debris out of your pool and pool system. These screen enclosures prevent unwelcome bugs, snakes, and pests from intruding in your outdoor space. Importantly in Florida, pool enclosures keep your pool cool in hot months.
-
What are screen enclosures made of?Pool and screen enclosures are very common in Central Florida because they are made of high grade aluminum alloy materials and the screen used is high quality and durable fiberglass/polyester mesh.
-
How are pool enclosures affected by hurricanes? All of our pool enclosures are built to withstand wind gusts in excess of hurricane force. We go through the rigorous process of having our enclosure designs approved by structural architects and inspected by local municipalities to ensure safety and integrity.

How are pool and screen enclosures built? Our process can be summed up in four steps: Estimate: We assign you a sales representative to walk and assess your desired screen enclosure area, who will then provide a cost estimate and timeline to installation. Engineering & Permitting: Once a contract is signed, our team will create an initial design concept, and send it to our structural engineer. Upon receiving the engineering stamp of approval, the project will then move to our permitting dept. where it will begin the process of zoning, planning and building approvals. Fabrication & Installation: Once all permits have been approved by your local municipality, we will then schedule a final measurement to ensure an exact fit for your project. Our in-house fabrication team will custom build your pool enclosure to the blueprint we've created and adhere to state and local municipality guidelines. After, one of our 7 installation crews will install your enclosure to the specs of the plans & permits. Inspection: After a pool or screen enclosure has been installed, we will schedule an inspection with the necessary authorities in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, or Osceola Counties.

POOL ENCLOSURE STYLES
Dome
A dome roof style on a screen enclosure gives you a symmetrical and clean profile. The dome roof style makes your pool enclosure look like a dome, just as the name implies. All sides slope towards the center top. However, the slopes are very gradual. In fact, many homeowners say that dome roofs have the most appealing architectural design.
Shed
The shed roof is the most popular roofing structure for residential homes. It’s also called an A-frame roof, because it has two sloping sides that create a triangle. The great thing about erecting a gable roof over your pool is that it can stand on its own and doesn’t need to be attached to your home.
Gable
Gable roofs are a familiar sight all over the country. Most roofers are intimately familiar with this type of roofing structure. It’s important to set up the angles perfectly to ensure that the roof is supported. Of course, a screened enclosure doesn’t need to carry as much weight as a tiled roof.
Mansard
This type of pool enclosure roof style is the most popular option for enclosing a swimming pool. A mansard roof is flat in the middle but slopes at an angle at the sides. The biggest advantage of mansard roofs is that they make the pool area feel more open and spacious.
