Florida Pool Enclosures, Inc. has forged an impressive leadership role in the industry.
When I started Florida Pool Enclosures in 1996, my goal was to build a good company that would give each and every customer a high quality product backed by strong service. To achieve my goal, I knew I had to gather around me experienced and dedicated people who shared my beliefs.
Fortunately, I found those people.
We started as a small group that worked together as a team to build a different kind of company. In just a few short years my dream has been realized many times over. We quickly surpassed the good company status and have become an excellent company. Our small group has grown into a large work force that is determined to treat every customer like they are our only customer. People seem to make a big deal about our company. At the risk of sounding immodest, there is a good reason for that. We think a company that treats employees and customers better will build products that are better too.
There is a lot going on at Florida Pool Enclosures, and every employee and customer is certain to find something they like. Innovation and excellence are more than just words to us. They are markers that guide us to achieve success in everything we do. Each and every person at Florida Pool Enclosures shares a strong focus on customer service, a focus that is an integral part of our unique initiatives.
As we enter our 11th year in the market, we can look back on the many innovations that have made us successful such as the recently introduced Trac Beam System – a first and only long-expanse open structure. Early in 1999 we created a one-of-a-kind computerized order processing system that tracks customer orders from initial contact to final completion and beyond. Our design and fabrication team concept replaced the old-fashioned assembly line. This change resulted in responsible quality assurance for every product we build and deliver to our customers. The introduction of cellular phones for all key personnel gives us instant private-radio communications any time day or night. All of this coupled with an aggressive service program has enabled us to expand our product appeal and build on our heritage of a customer-focused company. Innovations like these and more bring a new level of customer service to the aluminum construction industry.
We at Florida Pool Enclosures feel confident because we have truly achieved a great deal in a short time. But what means more to me than anything is that we have gathered together people with different backgrounds and skills to become a family dedicated to excellence. We have accomplished a lot and we will continue to be the best in the industry. It is no wonder why Central Florida’s largest pool builders have chosen us to be their exclusive screen enclosure supplier.
